Occupational health dashboard for clinic activity
Follow clinic activity across ten offshore sites: medical events, fitness to work, work-related incidents, case management and rates per 100 people on board. Built for occupational health and site medical teams, with filters by period, site, patient type and employer.
All sites, employers, people and figures on this page are synthetic: three months of fictional logbook data, April to June 2026. Every figure is recomputed in the browser when a filter changes.

How to read it
Medical events
Every logbook row except prescriptions: consultations, follow-ups, tests, checkups and procedures. Consultations count the consultation and follow-up types; tests count lab and rapid tests.
Fitness to work and checkup validity
Fitness to work is the last checkup result recorded on each event. Checkup validity compares the checkup expiry date with the event date, so lapsed clearances stand out.
Injury rates per million hours
Lost time is a work-related consultation ending in sick leave, a medevac or a repatriation; recordable adds restricted work and specialist referral. Hours on board are the average daily headcount, 12 hours a day, over the days in the period.
Rates per 100 people on board
Company ratios divide consultations, malaria cases and work accidents by the average monthly headcount in the personnel on board register. They follow the site filter and always cover full months.
Visit type and disease profiles
Visit type is IOD when the work-related incident flag is set, follow-up when the event type says so, and medical otherwise. Disease profiles group each primary ICD-10 code by chapter.
