What is MyC?
MyC is an occupational health and site care platform, built by doctors for companies working across sites and countries. It brings consultations, surveillance, fitness to work and follow-up into one health record per worker, employees and contractors alike. Health professionals work in the full record; HSE, HR and company leaders see what their role needs, without clinical details. Customers include TotalEnergies and International SOS.
How do you handle health-related data security and privacy?
Health data is hosted on health-certified cloud servers and encrypted at rest and in transit. Role-based access keeps medical details with authorized health professionals, every access is logged, and immutable backups protect stored copies from alteration or deletion. MyC is ISO 27001 and HDS certified, and supports GDPR and HIPAA compliance.
Can MyC follow local regulations as well as our company standard?
Yes. Each site follows your company standard and is set up for its country's requirements. Results can be compared against the worker's own baseline and against reference standards such as OSHA. Every medical event is timestamped and access is logged, so records hold up at an audit or in a claim years later.
How much does MyC cost?
MyC uses an annual subscription model tailored to your use cases, as well as the size of your operations. For multinational industrial groups, pricing is structured to reflect global deployment and continuous customer support.
Do you track worker exposure?
Yes. Surveillance is scheduled per worker from their exposure group, with due dates and expiry alerts. Results from connected medical devices, including audiometers and spirometers, land straight into the record and can be compared against the worker's own baseline, so a shift in hearing or lung function shows at the next exam.
Can you connect to medical devices?
MyC connects to a wide range of medical and occupational-health devices (for example spirometers, audiometers, vision testing devices, vital-sign monitors) so that examination and surveillance data flows directly into the platform without manual re-entry. Through secure APIs, MyC ingests device data as each test completes and automatically adds it to individual employee records, making it available for clinical review, exposure tracking, and regulatory reporting.
Does MyC connect to our HR and HSE systems?
MyC receives identity, site, role and contract type from your HRIS, such as SAP or Workday, so records stay current as people join, move and leave. Anonymized, aggregated data can be exported to your reporting tools. Other integrations, such as an HSE incident system, are scoped with you. External providers and specialists can work in the same record, with access set by role.
How do we move from our current records?
The migration will be scoped so that older records can be imported into MyC before each site switches on. Our team will work with you to configure the platform to your needs and launch gradually across your sites.
