Electronic health record

One employee health record across every site

From her first questionnaire to care, pharmacy and workforce insights. Follow Ana’s journey in MyC.

01 / 08 · Before the visit

Care starts before the consultation.

Ana fills in her health questionnaire before the visit. Her answers join the record, ready for the medical team.

02 / 08 · Consultation

Open one complete record.

The site doctor opens Ana’s history and completed questionnaire in the same workspace.

03 / 08 · Observations

Capture the clinical picture.

The site doctor records the red, itchy patches on Ana’s forearms, giving the care team the context they need.

04 / 08 · Diagnosis

Turn observations into a diagnosis.

The diagnosis and treatment plan sit alongside the observations that informed them.

05 / 08 · Consultation outcome

Prescribe from the same record.

The site doctor enters an antihistamine in the consultation outcome. The prescription connects directly to the site pharmacy.

06 / 08 · Pharmacy

The prescription updates the stock.

Twelve prescribed tablets are deducted automatically: 24 becomes 12. A low-stock alert tells the pharmacy team it is time to replenish.

07 / 08 · Case management

Bring in a specialist.

From the consultation, the site doctor opens an expertise case and asks a dermatologist to review Ana’s skin. The consultation and photos travel with the case, which stays open until the opinion comes back.

08 / 08 · Insights

See what individual care reveals at scale.

Aggregated health data helps teams identify patterns across sites and plan the next prevention program.

FAQ

Questions

Still have questions?

Contact us
How do you handle data security and privacy?
All data is hosted on health-certified cloud servers and all communications are encrypted using AES-256, ensuring end-to-end protection of sensitive health data. The platform is operated under strict regulatory and security frameworks, including GDPR and HIPAA compliance and ISO 27001-certified information security practices, so your employee health data stays confidential, traceable, and audit-ready across all sites.
What is exposure management?
In MyC, exposure management combines medical data, onsite activity, and incident trends to highlight where people are most exposed to health and safety risks (for example, specific jobs, locations, chemicals or recurring injuries). The app centralizes records and dashboards so you can follow these risks in real time and act before they turn into serious incidents or costly claims.
Can I track my pharmacy stock with MyC?
MyC provides an intelligent stock management system that shows live data on medication and medical supply levels across your clinic or medical center. You can see current quantities, get alerts for low stock or upcoming expiries, and reduce stock losses by keeping inventory at the right level.
What is medical devices integration?
Medical devices integration is the way MyC connects your medical equipment and devices to your digital medical records so data flows automatically instead of being re-typed by hand.
Does MyC integrate with other tools?
MyC integrates with common HRIS systems to receive key information (identity, org structure, manager, contract type, site, role, etc.) so employee files are always up to date in the medical system. Anonymized, aggregated data can then be exported to business intelligence and cloud systems to feed health indicators into business reporting.
